Reports to: Managing Director Europe (Matrix position to VP of Global Marketing)
Overview: The Marketing Specialist drives the MQL (marketing qualified lead) process for the European markets; provides support for trade shows and company events; assists in
implementation of inbound/outbound marketing programs; conducts market research to be used for industry and competitive analysis; assists with industry data compilation via research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator; identifies and orders promotional products; coordinates the annual Europe strategic plan; develops/implements product branding communication as member of the global marketing team. Member of the global marketing team, which includes helping to support the company website, social media content and marketing automation programs.
Market research for selected market segments, areas for growth.
Developer/coordinator of the periodic strategic plan Europe.
Coordinator/developer of marketing communications.
Back-up for website programming and HubSpot web platform.
Back-up for HubSpot lead generation and marketing automation processes.
Back-up for social media postings on multiple platforms
Coordination of all language translation projects such as the website, collateral, advertising, news articles, trade show programs, etc.
Coordination for exhibitions for Europe.
Identifies and orders promotional products.
Act as resource to customers and employees for information regarding the company, products, services, pricing and value proposition.
Enter and fully document all leads into CRM program.
Identify prospects that are not classified as a lead and document all prospect requirements (and timelines, if applicable) in CRM, and initiate a lead nurturing campaign in marketing automation process.
Compiles MQL lead generation reports for the marketing department.
Supports trade show activities and company events (e.g., global sales meetings, monthly company communications meeting, etc.); this includes participation in pre-show, at-show and post-show planning; also includes handling of reservations for booth space and related booth requirements, coordination of displays, collateral materials, trade show personnel, demo equipment, etc.
Supports team members in development of marketing department reports.
Conducts research and compiles data on existing customers as well as prospects (includes companies and individuals) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsible for identifying and ordering promotional items for use by sales team members and for customer visits to the Applications Laboratory. Also, includes tracking and replenishment of inventory.
Manages inventory of collateral materials and related tools for sales team members.
Responsible for trade show calendar on company website.
Assists in tracking and verification of marketing department expenses.
Operates cross functionally with Sales, Applications Lab, Engineering, Operations and
Acts as contact person and liaison to Europe sales and marketing teams.
Member of the global marketing team.

University degree in marketing/business development or NIMA-B/C.
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role in a technical solutions market
Analytical, market research driven, self-starter, independent thinker
Experience with development of strategic marketing and/or business communication plans
Experience with MS Office suite
Excellent telephone presence and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other CRM program is a plus as well as some knowledge and/or experience with HTML
