The HR Manager supports the Head with all HR topics in the described gamut of operations. Amongst the tasks there are activities in the area of recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, performance management, rewards cycle and bonus structure and pay out, promotion, employee engagement, grievance handling, introduction of global priorities such as global grading, engagement survey etc.
The main purpose of the role is to lead the people and organization agenda for Sales in Europe. To lead the HR Processes end-to-end with the broad objective of enhancing service levels of HR within the perimeter of the organization’s overall HR strategy and plan.

Masters in Economics, Law, Business or HR
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Recruitment methods and latest thinking on development
Change management experience and knowledge
Employment law (ideally international)
Proficient in Dutch, English and German
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The HR Sales role covers total sales organisation in Europe - The role is based out of Amsterdam. Travel is
required for approx. 50% of the time including visiting the site in Enschede were TWT and TIC and the Dutch
Market team are based and to Raunheim for OE sales.
