Apollo is a global player in the tyre industry. It manufactures and sells a wide range of tyres including passenger, truck, off- highway (agricultural, mining, etc.) and bicycle tyres. The HR Manager supports the Chief with all HR topics in the described gamut of operations. Amongst the tasks there are activities in the area of recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, performance management, rewards cycle and bonus structure and pay out, promotion, employee engagement, grievance handling, introduction of global priorities such as global grading, engagement survey etc.
The main purpose of the role is to lead the people and organisation agenda for R&D in Europe. To lead the HR Processes end-to-end with the broad objective of enhancing service levels of HR within the perimeter of the organisation’s overall HR strategy and plan.
Masters in Economics, Law, Business or HR
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Recruitment methods and latest thinking on development
Change management experience and knowledge
Employment law (ideally international)
English and German language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
